HealthyBar™ is a wireless device integrated into supermarket shopping carts, equipped with a barcode scanner that allows you to scan products and obtain useful information about the food you're buying, including its healthiness and percentage of healthiness. Additionally, it provides extra information such as allergens for individuals with intolerances to specific ingredients like nuts, wheat, raw fish, etc.
It complies with current data protection regulations and the UNE-EN 50090-2-2 standard. It also adheres to Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 on Personal Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantee. It has the CE Mark according to European Union product standards.

It is aimed at anyone who wants to have a healthier control over the products they purchase at the supermarket and understand the nutritional value and quality of those products. It is also designed for individuals who are just starting out in the world of nutrition and need some initial assistance.
Intuitive Operation
The operation of HealthyBar™ is very simple and easy to understand: it features a barcode scanner attached to the shopping cart handle, which connects via Bluetooth to the mobile app, allowing users to instantly access information about the food item.
It is compatible with all types of barcodes, and its battery is charged using a USB Type-C cable, providing up to 7 days of autonomy.
Users can access and view nutritional information without having to input numbers or references; it simply appears on the screen. The device is registered through the app, which includes a database to ensure that user information is not lost.

Features
HealthyBarTM boasts a discreet and modern design that could easily pass as a fashion accessory. Its compact dimensions measure just 50mm in width, 50mm in height, and 25mm in depth. The device weighs 90 grams, ensuring ease of installation, as we'll discuss further.
Materials
The main construction material is high-density ABS plastic. The outer casing is also made from ABS with 100% density and a thickness of 0.5mm.
Battery
It is equipped with a rechargeable internal battery of 1500mAh, providing up to 7 days of autonomy on a full charge. Additionally, it features a 12W USB Type-C connection for recharging.

Compatible with Bluetooth Class 2, 3, and 4 devices, Android 4.4+ and iOS 8.0+. With a range of up to 10 meters, it easily recognizes the user. Powered via a USB Type-C connector, it ensures adequate energy for optimal and efficient operation at all times.
Microprocessor
This microprocessor operates at a clock frequency of 16 MHz, with a MIPS 400 MHz architecture and a voltage of 3.3V. It features 512 MB of RAM and 4 GB of flash memory. Out of the flash memory, 9 MB are occupied by a Linux distribution called OpenWrt-Yun (Linino), based on OpenWrt.
This distribution can be modified in various ways, such as installing and downloading libraries or accessing different configuration files. However, it is always possible to restore the settings via the device’s adjustments.
